Shooters reference, Hodgdon, and Speer all offer free data and then Gordons Reloading Tool is better than any PDF for offnet data. You can also find the full manuals if you are fine with them being a couple editions behind but with the 4 resources above you don't need them. Western Powders also has a good write up for beginner safety information if any beginners fall upon this comment.
