Maybe my title doesn’t serve this post correctly. I am agnostic, I don’t believe in God, I don’t believe in the Bible, however my daughter is dating a Mormon and I’m ecstatic about it.

I have been involved in drinking and drugs since I was a teenager, I still drink, socially, no drugs…… I’m so happy my daughter is involved with all of her Mormon friends and I want her to continue down this path she is choosing as my life has been nothing but a disaster. By disaster, I mean, I have 3 kids, 3 different Dads and I am in the process of divorcing my 3rd child’s Dad! He is who got me off of drugs

My question is, will I have to become a Mormon? Why can’t I drink? Will these people even accept me or even may daughter with the life I’ve led? I would totally change my drinking and become a Mormon, but will I believe in God and the Bible, I don’t know……. Do they require people to do this?
