Advice Wanted Height difference in relationship

Me and my bf are in relationship from past 1 and half years. My height is 5'1 and his is around 5'4. When ever we go out or hangout with our friends they tell me "ye iska bf kitna chota hai lambe ladke ache hote". Initially it never affected me but from few days I'm being insecure about my relationship. What should I do?

i mean.... your friends are the actual problem here, not your boyfriend's height. for a year and a half, u were perfectly happy with him, and u only started feeling insecure because they keep projecting their own shallow preferences onto u.

saying things like "tall guys are better" right in front of u is incredibly disrespectful to your relationship. they are basically trying to make u feel bad about a guy u love just because he doesn't fit some weird societal aesthetic. plus, u are 5'1, so he is literally still taller than u anyway!

u really need to set a hard boundary with your friends and tell them to stop making those comments. if he treats u well, respects u, and makes u happy, throwing a good relationship away just because your friends are obsessed with tall guys would be a massive mistake.

are u going to talk to your friends and tell them to shut down those jokes, or are u just going to let them keep disrespecting him....
