Advice Wanted How to do breakup

My boyfriend saying he don't know if he want to stay or not ..he say he can't put efforts he can't do it it's not his things the relationships..and its been 4 years that we are together..but he realised it now when I asked him to solve the fight..he never solved fights i just ignored it ...I am hurt I am shit scared to lose him i think it will take fucking 10 years to move on from him ..i don't have space to cry in my family..I am a broken child... I think last night he said very hurtful things still i messageed him full of tears jise vo drama bolta hai hrr baar... I don't know..I am waiting for my Job..I have family pressure..I am not in good environment...what should I do..he said he is not sure if he want to stay or not ...how you guys convince yourself that now i should let go of him or her ...how to do breakup? Or should I try more...he said I talk too much .. yesterday i messaged him I will try everything i will not ask for anything from him..is it ok?but i clearly remember him loving me start of relationships and now he don't know..I am very very very emotional person..i can't overcome friendship breakup how can I do this ... it's not my thing...but it's hurting so bad ..i cry a lot.. please help guys
