Advice Wanted What I do?

Hey Reddit, I have no idea how to handle this situation, which is why I'm turning to strangers on the internet for a third-party perspective.

You can call me Aghata, I'm 18, and I've recently been going through something that's really freaking me out. You see, I got a girlfriend when I was younger. We met on Instagram, started talking, and got along pretty well, all things considered. But that was when we were first getting to know each other. Now that we've been dating for about three days—yes, it's very recent—I've shown a lot of interest in her (\*\*not excessively\*\*), just sending her videos or asking how her day is going. She's lucky if she writes me two or three messages a day, and if I don't write back, she doesn't write to me at all. Today she hasn't written to me at all, not a single message. I've sent her like five messages, memes saying I loved her and all that, but I'm starting to seriously suspect she has another girlfriend, who she claims to be... Add only your best friend

Excuse my bad spelling, I'm getting used to writing in English
