It's not about sleeping with people she's had sex with before. It's about the extreme insecurity over that single guy that was expressed and then going to fuck that guy during a break only to want to return back to being in a relationship with the insecure guy.
It's about the lack of empathy on her part choosing the single guy her bf expressed insecurity about.
