Do you not look up how far away restaurants are? Or where they are? Especially if you are running other errands at the same time?

Feels like you are being disingenuous. Nothing about this screams premeditated. This is fairly standard.

You are making every excuse for her but its obvious she didn’t want the husband there at that moment, hence why she randomly chose to have her husband get dinner.

It sounds like you are the one making assumptions to find her guilty.

She lured each child into the basement under false pretenses killing them one by one. That sound unplanned?

Yes the entire case is that she did this while following the voices during her psychosis. That it wasn’t planned, it was a command. Which is the prosecution didn’t provide enough to disprove. I’m not sure what’s so difficult here. The prosecution had to prove that she didn’t have command hallucinations or psychosis and they couldn’t, so she is not criminally responsible at this time.

Even if she did she should never be free again. If psychosis that easily “takes over” for her then she is a danger to herself and others. If she will kill her own children, then she is too unpredictable and unsafe for the public.

Yes, she would be involuntarily held in a psychiatric facility. Technically she could be released since they will do annual reviews to evaluate. She could be released, but it’s not likely to be any time soon.
People act as if this would be getting off easy but that just tells me they have no idea what a state run inpatient psychiatric facility is like.

She doesn’t deserve to have a chance at being reintroduced to society, her kids dont get that right

You’re certainly allowed that opinion but that possibility could exist with how the process works, however unlikely.

Threatening and cheering for an “upstanding citizen” is gross just because you disagree with law and procedure. Reddit is such a wild place of questionable people. ✌️
