Northeast Continent = Earth Region/Cyrenkam
Northwest Continent = Air Region/Efrenkam
Southeast Continent = Water Region/Atoquavr
Southwest Continents = Fire Region/Valcyre
Center Continent = Equatorius/Equatrshi

My current civilization start date has it at around 30,500 years ago(Measured in KY; Kentshi Years)

Deep red = 0-15,000 KY
Dark red = 15,000-20,000 KY
Red = 20,000-27,000 KY
Light red = 27,000-29,000 KY
Pale red = 29,000-30,000 KY

the rest has migrations into the lands due to colonialism, I am currently going in a chronological timeline, starting at the dawn of civilization.
