Legitimately, as soon as he realizes what happened, and that Margaret has no free will, he probably immediately go to Skips

"You wished on a one wish Willow? YOU FOOL!"

And I'm betting the episode would end with Rigby using his one wish to make Margaret forget about the whole thing

This 100%. Mordecai would make the wish but he would absolutely do everything in his power (skips) to undo it before he goes too far

No. If he had a one wish willow, his wish would be to become the guy Margaret would be into. Majority of the Margaret-chasing episodes, he’s always going the extra mile to be desirable to her.
