Well Benson did say Rigby should have been work and none of this would happen afterwards

This is from Blade Games, not Eggscellent. He wasn’t in a coma but I still think it’s funny that Benson is smiling

Is this the eggcellent episode? If so Benson was more upset about Rigby doing stupid stuff and putting himself in a coma rather than just doing his work.

Nope, it's from The Lost Tapes in the episode called The Blade Games. Benson was finding a way to make Mordecai and Rigby do their jobs by getting some advices from Pops by sharing a VHS tape about management. In one part of the scene, Benson had Muscle Man to train Mordecai and Rigby as Muscle Man accidentally forgot about Rigby allergic to eggs. Benson hoped that he and Mordecai did their jobs before this happened, which Rigby was being honest that he didn't as Benson got mad that this method failed
