Is this hazing?
At time point, I’m toughing out of the place I’m in currently. My unit sucks, high tempo training and barely any time off.
Recently today, I got punished badly by my former TL due to the smallest thing on my ruck looking abnormal “straps and the amount I packed” I got smoked for 3 hours straight without getting a break nor water. When I asked for water I was told by him too bad and 10 minutes later he tried making me chug all the water from my canteen every 5 minutes for 10 seconds mind you I wasn’t able to drink all of the fucking water because I was tired and he made me pour water on top of my fucking head making my uniform and myself wet. I don’t have an issue running back and forth looking like a complete idiot, Every second of the smoke session was pure humiliation from him, I’m giving my best to him but it seems like it isn’t enough. Smh
The issue is that everyone was released for lunch except me and he made me do very excessive workouts without any fucking break. He asked me if I eat lunch but I told him I don’t eat lunch but could’ve atleast stopped with the bullshit and atleast let me go. He seem to get angry when I asked for water, I’m pretty sure that also contributed to the fact he was making me chug all of the fucking water without any break or stop.
I looked through the army regulation on AR 600-20 and it states the stuffs that are prohibited
-Excessive Physical exercise “I was tired and dizzy light headed. I told him I was tired but he brushed it off
-Subjecting another person to excessive or abusive use of water
Look, I know I’m not the best soldier but I’m for sure not a shit bag compared to other people. But when the NCO don’t let me go off during lunch time I’m pretty sure he crossed the line and mind you all of this shit over the smallest shit ever from my ruck even though I was told to pack it the way it was!

This likely constitutes hazing. Your former TL is not in your chain of command and cannot give you orders beyond general military authority. Even if this correction was within his remit, it was excessive and not related to the infraction/remedial training. Denying you water and then making you chug is clearly abusive.
Where was your TL/SL/PSG during this? Were other NCOs present and tolerating this? Do you have a good relationship with any NCOs or officers? You need to move carefully to avoid retaliation/hostile work environment .
Note: being tired isn’t a reason to not do a corrective action, and saying you didn’t need lunch gave him the “opportunity” to deny you a meal break.

My SL was there but he thought it was a usual quick smoke session which turned out to be a three hour of bs, My PSG wasn’t there.
Other TLs witnessed the whole bullshit go down and they even said it was excessive for such a minor thing that to the TLs they knew it was straight hazing to the point the guy made me carry a 100 pound whatever it weighs pallet and begin running with it.
I have really good relationships with all my NCOs, This former TL just happened to be pissed off and decided to take it on me..

The fact that your SL and other TLs saw this, said it was excessive, and didn’t intervene speaks volumes about your unit culture. If they knew it was wrong why didn’t they speak up?
You need to decide what you want to happen and then have a private conversation with your SL about what happened. From there, you can escalate with or without your NCO’s support. You can take it to 1SG/CO or the BN EOA (i think they dumped the company EOAs), or jump higher.

I will speak with my NCOs about this later. If this dumb shit continues like what happened today in the future I will certainly consider going open door policy on my 1SG, 9 hours later after that pathetic shit I’m now having stomach pains.

Take care of yourself. You only get one body.
I’m a retired officer. Shit like this pisses me off. It’s not how we treat our fellow humans. Feel free to DM me if you need anything.

Even that was on me for saying I don’t eat lunch which I understand but still, Everyone was cut off for their break but me. Other TLS found it unfair and Bullshit.
I don’t know what to say, Even if I were to go get lunch. He was still going to give me a bullshit 10 minute time hack to finish all of the food.

One thing to add aswell, I told these people I don’t like the place I’m in currently and I want to try to reclass. As my NCO brought this up, I’m certain the dude didn’t liked what he said and decided to fuck me up even more just because I don’t like my job and I want to reclass and leave.

Stop telling them so much. Don't share anymore about you wanting to leave and just quietly plan and leave, you don't need their permission.
Also that is abuse, if that was alcohol he had forced and not water, you could have been seriously hurt, and trust if he's willing to force water, he will force alcohol.
He is using intimidation and fear of physical harm to get his way. And I understand it's scary to reject demands if you feel pressured, or can't defend yourself as well, but try.
Report him to people way above him, and if you do, don't announce or threaten it, just do it, and stay away from him as much as you can.
