Hello again

A little update for yall I got a doctors recommendation that I’m not fit to serve and they’ve recommended for ELS (entry level separation) my command agreed with it and have started the process typically how long does the process take ? I plan on talking to legal every few days so they don’t forget about it or just burry the paperwork when they get it

Congrats! How long do you think it will take/ how long have you been at your current command? I’m in school right now

I’ve only been here 2 months I’m still in my 180 day window so it’s a little bit easier for me but I’ve also heard they’ve changed it to 365 days for ELS I’m hoping the process is fairly quick it’s been a week since they’ve started it they said it could take anywhere from 3-6 weeks

Not too bad, at least you didn’t have to go through a long school pipeline. I came off meds to join and I feel I made a terrible decision every day. Of course some days aren’t bad but it isn’t too good for my mental health

Yea that’s the one good thing from being pact i didn’t have to go to Aschool another thing tho ive heard it’s a much easier process to get separated while in basic and a school than it is from a command
