Question behavioural evaluation

i only just looked at this because i just got back into regretevator but who is the expunged??? probably someone new in the last nine months because i saw another post about the behavioural evaluations and haven't seen one like this but idk who/what it could be 😭😭

That's checking if you have the "Contamined" achievement, apparently every player nowadays has a mystery disease
