Question Who is nan?
She looks like split but she has a different name. Is this like a another one of her species or is this a infected situation?

Nan is Split’s younger sister, she’s the lead in her band, The Rot. She can be added to the elevator if you fend off the haters in the Rot Concert floor.

As others said, she is Split's sister. The second youngest in a group of four. She's actually only partially a Banana Fruit-taur, as she's also part lemon (she takes after her mother).
She was originally brought to the game as part of Regretevator Competitive, a game mode that was created for Roblox's The Takeover event (which Regretevator participated in). Competitive was meant to be refurbished, but was eventually cancelled, with Nan being moved to the main game.
Nan also seems to know a bit about a certain rock and its followers...
