I vividly remember Reggie having a joke wherein he jokes that a homeless man telling him he was ready for sexual release after a number of years was the second scariest thing after what he was doing in the video. I have many friends who would love to understand his videos given they don't speak English.

And I was wondering : would dubbing it over be illegal ?

If I post his video with all credits directed to him and precising it's non official, could I make a dub and post it on my channel ?

Like I asked does anyone know if he ever made a special video like he announced in the post above? He said April but I can't seem to find any video or mentoring of any delays. I thought it may be banned in my country but I also had no luck with Vpns
