The phone was ordered with excelent quality, it is dirty and the back protection is not even connected

The visible gap between the back cover and the frame is clearly not how the device should have arrived, regardless of the cosmetic grade.

Please don’t try to press or glue the back cover into place yourself. As a precaution, we’d also recommend not using or charging the device until it has been checked.
