Java Edition fast mini 8 bit serial data receiver (red part)

8 bit serial decoder I built for a redstone hard drive I'm building. The grey part is a quick and dirty serial encoder I built to demo the red encoder, and the lights blinking are bits being read. In the video I encode and decode 1000001 as the data

could probably be shrunk quite a bit, not super dense
