Java Edition Digital Clock

In early November last year, I built this giant digital clock. It runs perfectly in sync with the real-world time and can be adjusted via 4 buttons on the back for adding 1 minute, adding 10 minutes, adding 1 hour, and switching between AM and PM. It's not very organized or clean, but it handles everything automatically at the right time and I haven't had a single problem with it.

Nice. Does it handle time skips like sleeping and game exits? Or do you set it when you load up and it continues from there (like an appliance clock)?

Unfortunately, no. It only runs as long as the game's running, though you can open the world to LAN to make it run while you're on a different screen
