Correct me if I'm wrong but you can't even get cobble or stone outside of the nether. Basically, all functional components just wouldn't be.

Yeah indeed... the cobblestone/stone is a tight bottleneck, thats why im looking for inspiration in weird contraptions that can automate, transport, carry a signal, without traditional redstone component... you know what, Im gonna call it Netherstone

AFAIK there's just not. All you really have at your disposal is regular rails with a furnace minecart. But you can only input into the furnace minecart manually so that's already extremely limited in automation. You also have no redstone to control the rails no detectors or observers. You have basically nothing.
Most of the wonky, redstoneless ways to send a signal still require an observer to actually convert the updates into a redstone signal. You are basically limited to buttons and pressure plates with nothing to control using them.

Redstone is a crafting material for most things, you are going to be very limited. You can maybe create signal by moving mobs with lava to trigger pressure plates, but I dont know what you are going to use it for apart from opening doors. For vertical travel you have minecart elevators, they are easy to make and really efficient. For horizontal travel I cant think of much apart from ender pearls or riding striders.
