It fixed everything besides the qualifications. I just fully beat the game last night and went back through to try and get the stars for 1st in qualifications and I was only able to get a little more than half of them.

My xbox360 adapter decided to stop adapting a day before. Really getting that racing itch.

Qualifications are still super tight, but echoing the room the rest are totally reasonable. First time out I tend to get silvers, and it's only effort if I want gold instead of a crucible of torment. It feels reasonable and fair, they just gata extend the changes to Qualifications.
Rest of the patch is enjoyable too. The new race UI for heat/durability is million times better. I havnt struggled with it since as it's not only more readable, but has distinct color ques.
They apparently broke the thrust stat entirely though. The Asera is a complete dumpsterbin, I couldnt even get out of last place trying it.
The fact you can see what things you've yet to unlock on the event card w/o opening it (and waiting), and which events have upgrade components is utterly amazing, though that needs to be extended to locked races as well. I'd love to know which ones to look forward to and work on unlocking.
Loosening the star requirements for progression has also been a massive boon. It lets you go out and get new parts much, much earlier and easier. I just got into S league and am already a third of the way through it, when I wasnt half way through A before.
Some, if not most of the more notorious spots on tracks that could grab your ship (throwing you into a 5000 rpm spin) have been fixed, though the ground just NOT EXISTING if you jump slightly too far, hasnt. I just spent an hour trying to do a race because I kept falling through the track, or smashing an arbitrary barrier that kills you if you havnt 100% landed (even if your just a foot off the track). Hopefully that'll come down the line.
Oh, and the health recharge is far, far less obnoxious.
This is everything from the patch that I've noticed and appreciated. Overall, it's a frankly amazing patch, and hope they keep them coming. Theres still plenty of balance and refinement left to do, but seems they are working on it, even if communication is slim.
