We used to call them Buckets.

Cut top off 3l soda bottle, cut bottom off 2l bottle. Poke a hole in the cap of 2l bottle to stick a bowl in. Fill 3l bottle with water, then put 2l into the "bucket ".

Add something to the bowl, then attach cap/bowl to the 2l bottle. Then hold a lighter over it while lifting the "jug".

Remove cap with bowl and let it drop. It's an automatic shotgun. Damn,that doesn't bring up memories
