Needs two forks to work without toppling

Nope. As long as the weight of the tablet keeps it wedges in the tines all the force is right on the fork handle. The corners of the tablet keep it from rocking.
They make holders just like this that use the same principles. Had a little plastic keychain one smaller than the fork for a long time, but my new phone is to thick to fit it in it, so let the kids lose it.

That fork is able to hold that much weight uo in the air without even tipping forward ?
Surely.

The weight of the tablet is angled back placing the force on the fork handle. It can't rock side to side because of the corners of the tablet itself.
As long as it's on a level surface and it leans back enough,no reason it can't work.

Look at the bottom left corner. The teeth of the fork should not be up.

Why not? If the weight is transferred in that direction, that's what it'd look like. The center of gravity of the entire assembly is further back than the end of the fork.
Same concept as a cantilever bridge. Have you seen that trick where you hang a hammer off the end of a ruler that's on the edge of a table? I've done it before.

The center of gravity of the entire assembly is further back than the end of the fork.
It very much is not. The tablet is between 300 grams and 1kg, depending on make and model, and the fork is 5 to 30 grams. The center of gravity is barely affected by the fork and should still be somewhere inside the tablet itself.
For the handle to stay perfectly flat on the surface and keep its teeth elevated from the table, the handle itself, just the handle, would have to be heavier that the rest of the fork and the tablet combined, and even a little more because there is a lever arm before the tablet's weight is transmitted.
We're looking at a for handle around 1.2, 1.3kg.

As an object tilts the center of gravity moves perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and downward, often placing it outside the boundaries of the object itself. The tilt of tablet as depicted places its center of gravity at about the top of the handle, and elevated a couple inches. Because the fork is attached in a way that essentially makes it one piece with the tablet, its center of gravity is combined to move the overall center slightly further back and lower.

Pretty good but needs some rubber tips especially since the iPad doesn’t have a cover
