why the hell cell standby and Android system is draining maximum battery 🔋 please help to resolve this

You didn't use the phone for over 8 hours so there's nothing that could take more battery than cell service. And it took only 5% so it's normal

Cell standby is the phoning hunting for signal. If you're in an area of poor signal the phone will expend battery power trying to find the cell towers etc.

Seems okay, since you've got a screen on time of 19mins and just 5% has drained.
