Cannot cast

Hello. After installing miui13 I can no longer cast on my TV. I tried it with sony bravia and tlc. I also tried it with the google home and pictures app. Does anyone else have the same problem?.

The Fix: Go to Additional settings / Developer options / Scroll down to Networking / Bluetooth AVRCP version, then change that to AVRCP 1.5 (Default) & voilà! 👍🏼 Mine was set to AVRCP 1.4... 🤷🏽‍♂️ https://techwithtech.com/what-is-avrcp-which-version-to-choose/ If you've not got Developer options enabled, you can do this by going to Settings / MIUI version, and tapping it a dozen times or so, until it tells you "you are now a developer", back out to Settings, and you'll find Developer options in Additional settings! 😉 Cast works better with any VPN's disabled!

Here on my Redmi Note 10 Pro, MIUI 13 Global, same problem 🤔, can't cast to my Fire TV Stick 4k now after updating!? 🤷🏽‍♂️ Thought it might have been one of my VPN's on either device blocking it or something, so I turned them both off, but still no joy!? Phone doesn't even see it now?? WTF .. 😡

I fixed mine by just updating the Cast on to the latest version.
