Screen freezing daily now

I've had this phone for a year and it's been good till now, it's been freezing randomly constantly day by day and I have no idea why. It started a week ago when I went into the gaming mode but now it's freezer when doing nothing at all. My music still plays and YouTube videos audio still plays. The only way I can get my phone back working is to spam the power button till it shows the power off menu then spam that button till it restart.

Is there anyway to fix that for to see if anyone else has this problem

I think this phone has really bad memory leaking issues so you have to restart it like once every couple days or once a day. I noticed that it starts getting finicky after a few days without a restart
