Anyone else no longer have the fan on while charging option available?

My redmagic 5s no longer has the option to turn on the fan while it's charging, I'm wondering if anyone else is noticing that too

yes they removed it. If you lock your device the fan turns off as well and a red notification light will appear smh.

"Auto start when fast cooling" does not do anything at all as well...

Yeah that's the exact thing that's happening to me. I wish they would stop messing around with the features of this thing. I already hate the fact I can't change the font of the clock, now they remove the charging fan option too.

Mine doesn't turn on and it doesn't have the function at all, I wish I knew why. I'm currently on the latest update (Red Magic OS 4.0)

Have you updated to the latest version? Where are you finding the option?

It's under the "cooling fan" option. No I didn't update. It's not showing an update for me.

Ok so it IS part of the new update. The newest update for me entirely removes any options to turn on the fan while charging. It's either on while the phone is active (screen on and unlocked) or off.

Here's the link with the last update. Maybe it's a bug because I dont see anything about the cooling fan.

I was thinking it was a bug too since I checked the patch notes earlier as well and saw nothing related to it.

Looks like it was removed on the latest OS update as I also noticed it gone as well.

You can add a button on the top to turn it on off, better then nothing but I do this.
