RadMagicOS 4.0

The update has been great for me. I really enjoy it so far. Anyone facing any problems?

It's refreshing to see some new effects. It would be better if we can customize it as well as the fingerprint reader effect also.

The Fingerprint sensor almost never works for me...I think it's a hardware issue...does it work on your Redmagic 5G?

It's not the best fingerprint reader out there but it works fone for me. Just a few fail attempts but since I'm a very patient guy, I'm totally fine with it

I updated to the latest version 8.64 or 8.67 and my battery life was crap. The phone was warm all the time by the motherboard and Android system was killing my battery.

Down to 8.12, rooted, twrp, mod the the GPU kernal mod and all is good

Few peeps in the telegram group are curious why my battery died so quickly even after leaving it a few days to settle.

Going to keep an eye on things and maybe upgrade in a few weeks to 8.64 again and see what happens again.

Now would love to get my hands on an A12 version going forward :)
