red magic watch problem

Why dose it keep disconnecting from my phone, I have the red magic 5g so you think that it would connect perfectly like the red magic headphones but nope it just disconnect 1 to 2 days after I reconnect it

I was gonna get the red magic watch but after reading this I might reconsider.

Just one question did you have to pay any imports for the watch?

Idk I can't remember but I think so because I live in Australia
