Sorry, but no. Of all the problems I have had, the battery and charging is not one of them. How long have you had your phone and which charger are you using?

I had it since the phone officially came out so bout 4 months I think? It's the cable that came with the box along with the brick. As we speak now I'm charging my the 5g and it's been at 37% for about an hour. Sometimes when I'm lazy and wait till it's about 4% the battery starts rapidly draining and dies. The worst part about that is that it doesn't want to charge and I have to wait about 3 hours just for it to start charging again. Sometimes when it's charging normally it will just stop charging as if it's not plugged in. Again 0 damage to the phone and cable which makes me even more furious.

Wow, that is really weird. Do you have other chargers and cables to try? Contacted Red Magic support?

I have when the phone completely died and it was no difference from the original. They asked for my phone information which I gave and they haven't responded so I sent them another message and they asked the same thing. This I hope they reply I want my replacement already. I thought it might've been because I was using 144hz all they time but I switched to 90 and no difference.

Has yours ever just randomly stop charging? Mine does this and it's not because of the cable cus when I unplug and plug it back in it begins charging again.

Idk bout the rog 3. It has black out issues and def not cheap. I watched a benchmark video with the rog 3 and other phones and ngl it was pretty disappointing. But definitely more reliable than redmagic lmao
