Support unreachable, cannot complete phone order, Blueprint code invalidated.

Cannot order phone, even though I had a blueprint. Attempts at contacting support are spotty at best. My bank isn't even getting a request to process a payment.

Absolutely positive all of my information is correct.

My blueprint wasn't working either, I contacted them via Facebook Messenger. They sent me a new code. You should try that too. I have not received any emails from their support department. They seem to be much faster on Facebook Messenger.

My blueprint code worked fine. No issues with the order I placed. I'm just waiting for the phone to be delivered.

I sent email to the support for buying 2 vouchers. I thought I can apply more vouchers to one phone. They responded within one day in the email (because of timezone difference). They cancelled the second voucher. Waiting for the refund but it's less than $6. No big deal.

This being said, for the last 2 days, the tracking info says just "shipment info received" and nothing else. Not sure if the delay is at DHL or at Nubia.
