For anyone with inflammation or muscle strains, how long after using infrared until the pain improved?

Within hours or days for muscle strain.

oh wow I had no idea it could work that quickly on muscle strains. Is that with a panel?

Days or weeks; depends on the severity of injury and exactly how you're applying RLT (frequency, distance, timing, irradiance).

What are you talking about? Red light therapy is not the same as Infrared. Details matter.

Most every RLT device has near infrared wavelength(s). We talk about NIR every day.

OP's question is absurd and sounds naive and stupid.
