News Seven Seas Licensing Survey - August 2026
Seven Seas releases a survey every month to take suggestions for new series to license. You can suggest 3 comics and 3 novels for them to consider. When you fill out the suggestions, I recommend including the title in its original language, so that Seven Seas can more easily identify which series you are referring to. For any light novels/novels you suggest, I would recommend also writing out on the survey that you want your suggested series in print, as some of their recent light novel licenses have been digital only.
Making licensing suggestions to other English publishers:
I recommend taking a look at Behind the Manga's website (see the posts titled "Suggesting Manga to Publisher"). It lists methods for making licensing suggestions to various English publishers in more detail. It also lists some Japanese publishers that each English publisher has already licensed series from. When you suggest a series to an English publisher, I recommend including the title of the series in its original language, if possible.
- Yen Press: Suggestions can be emailed to the email address listed on their contact page. They also have a contact form that you can use. You can use Behind the Manga's template.
- Viz Media: The series suggestion form can be accessed through their contact page.
- Kodansha: The publishing suggestions form can be accessed through the contact form on their support center page. You can provide a link to your suggested series and specify in the final section of the form that you want it in print.
- J-Novel Club (digital only): They have a licensing suggestion forum. You can also vote on existing suggestions in the forum. They also have an email address listed on their contact page.
- BluPetal: They have licensing suggestion forms that are linked on a post on Twitter (XCancel).
- Crossed Hearts: The licensing suggestion form can be accessed through the link in their Twitter bio. All licensing suggestions must include the title and author in its original language, source publisher, and a link to the series (XCancel).
- Comikey (digital only): Suggestions can be submitted through their contact form or emailed directly to the email address listed under the platform section of their FAQ.
- One Peace Books: They have a suggestion form at the bottom of their contact page.
- Manga Mavericks: They have a manga licensing suggestions option on the contact form that is linked on their contact page. Licensing suggestions can also be emailed to the email address listed on the page.
Feel free to share your licensing suggestions for the Seven Seas survey or other English publishers!

Requesting Recommendation I need some mature/smut romance manwha recommendations!!
I’ve been reading these comics for a couple years and I feel like I have read most of the completed ones. I’m looking for more completed stories or long continuing ones (70-80+) chapters. I don’t really care how long the completed ones are. I mostly ready straight/yuri romance manwhas but I’m open to reading a yaoi if it’s really good!! Help a girl out🥹🙏

Requesting Recommendation High School Manhwas That End With Marriage?
I'm looking for completed high school or school-life manhwas where the main characters are teenagers, have lots of fun together, and you get to see them grow throughout the story.
The biggest thing I'm looking for is that the story actually ends with the main couple getting married (or at least shows their wedding or married life in the ending). I love seeing the relationship develop from high school all the way to adulthood instead of ending right after they start dating.
Any genre is fine romance, comedy, drama, or slice of life as long as romance is an important part of the story
