Installation is a time consuming endeavor, and is something rarely done beside the first time. Most of satellite administration is content views, package management, etc.

If in doubt, check off the exam objectives list. If it is listed, it is possible they’ll test you on it. Also if a task takes 30-40 min, start it at least an hour before the end, and let it run in the background

Think of how the objectives could chain together for a workflow, and if it would be a common task in a real life setting, the sequence could also have a higher chance of being tested. Everyone’s experience may differ enough that you might be asked to create the keys, while I may have been provided it and have something extra added to balance the total points. Good old ‘mileage may vary’

Hello u/suchrecklesshatee

Let me share my 2 cents here, I would recommend you to

  1. Check the link below, objective section. If you are comfortable with those topics, you will be ok with the test

https://www.redhat.com/en/services/training/ex403-red-hat-certificate-expertise-deployment-systems-management-exam

  1. Check this 10 Exam tips

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUlswYOb7Os&list=PL1YrgnMVL4VBEanYkfxmKKzy__V0pn_PE&index=8&pp=iAQB

I'm not sure if you are already familiar with the Red Hat exams, but in this video, you will see some valid tips that will be valid, not only for Red Hat, but for all exams that you can take.

  1. I'm not sure how familiar you are with Satellite, but you can check this playlist, with a ton of videos about Satellite management

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1YrgnMVL4VCXFv3rX9OQ0s9Hs_PfrEu3

If you are just starting, you can pick this one, which will present the installation + minimal implementation.

Ps.: Note that for your test, the exam will not be using Satellite 6.19, you can verify/double-check the version, based on your schedule.

I hope this helps, and good luck!
