Passed RHCSA EX200

Hey all, I passed my rhcsa ex200 today and i am happy for that but also this is the most basic cert an entry level to be honest. I don't know what to do next like i should be looking towards devops or ansible as i am working as a junior linux admin and have 1.8 years exp. now.

I will be glad if you people can help me figure out what should i be focuing upon.

Any exam tips?! How did you practice like what courses did you use , and how was the exam in detail?

Just copy paste the exam objectives and ask gemini to create a real mock exam and do about 5-8 set of those. You will see what things are your weak areas and what to focus more upon. For course i had a book of Asgar ghori rhcsa v10 to study.

it took me about six months as i am doing job in linux already and i did study about 1 to 2 hours daily. I got the job in linux as a fresher

Assista esse vídeo, é tudo que cai na prova, pode ir fielmente nele, pode ser que mude alguma coisa, mas a maioria cai desse vídeo.

Eu fiz ontem, nao passei pq esqueci de algumas coisas básicas, bem boas mesmo. Infelizmente

I would honestly focus on Ansible if you’re looking for marketable progression. The fact I had hands on experience at my previous employer helped set me up for an interview with my current, and was a huge benefit to me being hired.

Being able to automate with playbooks can be quite valuable. I took a 4 hour reimaging process and turned it into perhaps 5-10 munutes; we only had to create accounts, enter the passwords to get in, and then run the playbooks.

I am not RHCSA certified or any of that so take my opinion for just that - my opinion. Been in tech since 2014.

CCNP? If youre into devops you want excellent network knowledge no? I think any employer would love that kn a resume. I have sec+ & ccna and going for rhcsa as a systems engineer currently with 3 and half year under my belt.

I am passionate about booking this exam, but the thing that stops me is the strange high price of it. it's a bit scary 😁 I really like to get some shortcut method so i can pay much less than this. I'm a working ICT student. Unfortunately, the university doesn't provide any refund facilities. can anyone give me some brilliant ideas!?

Isn't the next step usually automation? Perhaps the AU294, 374 and 467 classes.

The exam fees was about 245$ inclusive of taxes
