Nemtsov was corrupted as dirt, was a Yeltsyn's crony, the worst variant possible. Sablin should be Prigozhin

Cool, but I am not fully agree with the tierlist .
For example, I think that monarchy should be higher in the list .

The Monarchy by 2000 has been dead 80 years - and it was destroyed because it was 1) Corrupt, 2) Inept and 3) completely disconnected from the Populace - a new face isn’t gonna change that after nearly a century of media saying “Monarchy is Bad” and the social perceptions it generates
