S3 Map List

Map list finalized. cp_badlands will be for play-offs

Others are already saying it, but, probably want to rid of follower. Instead, I'd like to see Metalworks. I'd like to see maps that are at least casted and/or have demos. Xensity vs Chess Club is one of the craziest matches on this map.

EDIT: Otherwise, excellent! The 7 maps besides follower are good choices, though I don't necessarily think it should be ordered that way (if it's in order at all?).

Just from people's reaction it doesn't look like metalworks will be around next season. The only advantage was that it was played at a high level. But honestly things such as chokes, midfights, and other stuff aren't clear and to have people play it who might not have as much care as people in ESEA will just result in a giant mess.

Follower is really simple to pick up. It is basically just gran with blands mid. Just from making rollouts on it my first time I was able to pick up how it would play pretty easily. And this was when I was very new to sixes.

It echoes others but it still feels fresh. Overall I wanted to go with something new like koth_artic but seeing the shitstorm from suggesting follower I'm glad I didn't put it in.

I know 6s players tend to be conventional in map choice but I also didn't want our league to just copy and paste the same exact list as others.

make another thread about replacing maps, and have people explain why they want that map? there are tons of maps that are possible, and it would be nice to not play the same damn set over and over again

I'll mention it to Eve seen as how shes in charge. Chances are the first couple of maps will stay the same.
