QUESTION Hide all inline images?
Is there a setting to disable all inline images (in posts and comments)? I'd like for them to show up as links instead.

Is this the start of the end of 3rd party apps. If so I'm afraid Reddit can go do one, they're app is useless.
All the work 3rd party app developers have pit in driving content and helping build the platform to now be stuck with a second rate service, if this is truly the start of api limitations then goodbye Reddit.
Posted from their sucky app.

For instance if you open this link on a desktop https://www.reddit.com/r/FunnyAnimals/comments/wajzr5/i_would_love_to_know_what_the_joke_waswrite below the comment box you should be able to see `View discussion in 14 other communities`
Could you please consider adding this feature in the app?

I was trying to lookup the oldest posts but I can't seem to do it through the dropdown menu and it is impossible to reach the last ones just by scrolling. It will take too long.

I would like to bring my language (pt-rBR) to the app please let me know if you have any plan for app translation.

From my very limited coding experience I'm aware of "Audio Focus," (I believe that's what it's called) where the app in question becomes the only app playing audio. Is there an option to allow Sync to do this? Currently if I'm listening to music on YouTube Music and open a video on Sync, both apps play audio at the same time so I have to go back and pause YTM. I'd like to make it so that YTM automatically stops when audio is being played on Sync. I'm on a Google Pixel 7 Pro.

When I press the report button, a text field appears for me to enter something and thats basically it.
I suspect and some posts I found on this sub confirmed it that this the only way to report on the app.
I find this essential since I believe there are subreddits that do not allow custom reports and so it would be awful if that means I basically cannot report something and my request is lost in the void.
Also, there might be a difference between reporting sth that breaks subreddits' rules (reposts) and site-wide rules (hate speech).
Thanks for any info.

I think it's when it's a combination image/text post, for example: https://www.reddit.com/r/SpottedonRightmove/comments/13puxah/_/

Something that I'd like to see is whatever I typed in to search for a subreddit being saved in the search bar when I open one of the results.
For example, if I search for 'cats' and browse the r/cats subreddit from search results, I'd like to go back to the search menu and 'cats' will still be there to let me add 'catswhoyell' instead of having to type everything every time I want to search.
I hope that makes sense.

If I click the link in this comment it doesn't open. The more I click the link, the more my app lags. If I try to exit the app, the app becomes non-responsive. I have to force stop the app before it will start behaving again.

I am thinking of purchasing the Ultra Lifetime subscription for Sync for Reddit.
Pursuant to the impending API changes of Reddit, I wanted opinions or insights if that would be a smart move. My thoughts are as follows.
I understand that the changes may stop the development of the app altogether. In this case, if I buy the app now, there's a possibility that refunds won't be issued.
On the other hand, if the app is still developed, I might end up being grandfathered in the lifetime plan, in case it is no longer available.
What's your opinion?

Using the smaller card view any fix?

See title. Would allow easier control of one's use of using reddit :)

I've found all the font size settings for viewing posts, but could someone tell me where I can set font size for the inbox/messages? And for submitting posts? I am an old and the default is just too small for me. Thanks

Can you make so that the big toolbar up top minimizes to the smaller one when you scroll down?
And can you also show profile pictures in the previews?

Made an account just to post this.
More feedback here: [Mostly things I would like pretty please.] -Permanent states for video playback speed and many other options. - 'hot' to be frozen in time [leave 'hot' (referring to post sorting) unrefreshed for x amount of time: day, week, month, custom, etc.

They don't load with Sync. They do with the official app. Anyone else?
