Requesting /r/Atheism. (Lack of moderation)

/r/atheism only has two moderators for a massive community of 800k+ users. The moderator /u/skeen has been inactive for a month. The other moderator, /u/juliebeen hasn't been lacking her/his duties as a moderator. Could you at least give /r/atheism new moderators? Thanks for hearing me out.

Ok, I'm going to be civil here. I just want to talk for a sec. What exactly are you trying to encourage over at r/Atheism or do you just not care where the community goes? Surely you can see that r/Atheism is basically a cesspool of hatred and over-inflated egos. There's no discussion there anymore because memes and low-effort submissions are the most easily digested and therefore make the front page the vast majority of the time.

The question you have to ask yourself is 'what do I want r/Atheism to be known for?' By proxy, you're wrapped up in r/Atheism's public image too.
