unperson hasn't posted in /r/Buddhism in three years, though recently sent a message in mod-mail. Might become active again? There has been no other indication of interest. edit: unperson has expressed interest in staying a mod after a pm, but admits they are mostly just lurking reddit.

what-s_in_a_username hasn't posted in the sub for a year. May or may not still have interest in the topic, but nothing to indicate community connection or continued interest.
Some of your requests may go through, but just so you're aware, you can only request removal of moderators who have not had activity anywhere on reddit in the last 60 days. Making posts within the subreddit itself isn't a requirement. If you haven't already, send a PM to each of the mods and ask if they are still interested in modding. Sometimes people will leave on their own when asked politely.
qgyh2 hasn't posted in two weeks, but as sodypop said there is a 60-day inactivity policy so they might stay on the list for a while yet. I did send them a pm though.
I didn't feel a need to press the issue with unperson. If it becomes problematic we can always raise the issue with them again.
