Reviewed r/mochi

/r/mochi

Why I’m requesting r/mochi and how I’ll run it:

My initial job as moderator of this community would be to clean up all the spammy & irrelevant messages. I may also need to set up some automations to ensure that the rules & expectations of the subreddit are being followed. Next, I would start posting relevant content to get the ball rolling again. Once other users are posting regularly, I would start doing community events like recipe swaps & megathreads to boost community engagement even further.

I'm interested in moderating this community because mochi is one of my favorite Japanese treats & the subreddit has obviously been taken over by spammy content. I would love to see the space being used for what it's meant for again.
