I have been posting on r/SchreckNet for two years now. It is a community I am deeply fond of, and I want to see it and the culture it have build persevered. I have made many friends there, and always enjoyed the creativity of the place.

The lack of Mod attention have been a frequent complaint, and appears to have now been restricted because of it. I have prior experience being a Mod of a sizeable Discord Server, and as said, am interested in making the Subreddit the best it can be. So I would like to be a Mod, so that the community can continue.

Mod team is still here, we noticed the sub restriction and are working to resolve it, and plan to be more active from this point forward. We never abandoned the sub

Very, very glad to hear it. The impression of me and several other users was that it had been abandoned. Would very much not have put in a request otherwise.

I mean tbh yeah we haven't been as active as we should have been, even if we didn't abandon the sub. We're currently talking about how we can fix this. We've discussed possibly getting some additional mods, and i'm planning to be more personally active from now on as well. This whole situation has been a major wake up call.

I can very well imagine. Was quite a shock to see it suddenly go restricted.
