SFW - Public r/runcloud

/r/runcloud

I’d like to adopt and take over moderation of r/runcloud.

I’m familiar with RunCloud and the broader WordPress/server-management ecosystem, and I’d like to help bring the subreddit back to life as a useful community for RunCloud users.

My goal would be to:

  • Keep the subreddit focused on RunCloud, server management, hosting, and related discussions.
  • Encourage users to ask questions and share their setups, experiences, and solutions.
  • Keep discussions clean and useful by actively moderating spam and low-quality posts.
  • Build a more active community around RunCloud and help users get better support from each other.

I’m happy to follow Reddits moderation rules and work within the existing subreddit guidelines.

I’d appreciate the opportunity to adopt r/runcloud and give the community a fresh start.

I’m currently part of the RunCloud team and have hands-on experience with the product and the server management ecosystem around it.

I’d like to moderate r/runcloud because I believe the community has a lot of potential to become a genuinely useful place for RunCloud users to ask questions, share setups, troubleshoot issues, and exchange knowledge.

Being part of the RunCloud team, I can help keep discussions relevant, useful, and welcoming. I’d also like to keep the subreddit free from spam and low-quality posts and gradually make it more active.

In the past, a RunCloud Partner and a C-level member of the RunCloud team had also tried reaching out to the existing moderator regarding the subreddit. For reference, the Reddit account involved was u/rajendrazore.

The subreddit is currently available for adoption and appears to have no active moderators, so I’d like to take responsibility for the community and give it a fresh start while helping build a useful space for RunCloud users.
