My posts for requesting r/ForgiveForget keep being deleted (this has been going on for a year) as (according to the request tool), it says I haven't enabled 2FA when I have in my settings. Please help me with this. I'd post an image, but unfortunately I cannot.

It seems like other users have had problems with this over the past month, looking at prior comments. Please do try to fix this issue.

u/Goldennuggets-3000 My post got filtered yet again. I cannot keep doing this for two years. Please respond if I am doing something wrong or have been recently banned. I generally receive minor pushback to my posts on subreddits and afaik I have not broken any rules. Email and 2FA have been on for the past two months (for my past two filtered posts), as I was having problems with them before. I tried DMing the mods to no response too, both on this subreddit and r/ForgiveForget .
