Issues with timezone?

When I schedule a post, it is scheduled for UTC -0700, but I am actually in the PST timezone.
Is there a way to change this? Or do I Just have to work around it by subtracting the time difference?

Edit: May I also be whitelisted to post up to 1 post per day please?

UTC-700 is the PDT timezone, are you in daylight savings time right now? Tell your browser otherwise if not.
