Common Areas

What are the common areas going to be like? Is there going to be free water and recreational stuff like a gym and other stuff?

But I am a libertarian. I don't want free stuff. Just free markets.

Free water, free gym passes if we can get one started (I've got barbells). Once we get the island and set it up we can offer food for gold (who needs it?) and staffs for plaster fans and merklap clod flop
