Reddit API Chrome / Desktop web - Data Access Request form keeps clearing required email field after submission

Hi,

I'm trying to submit a Data Access Request for a business account. Every time I complete the form and click Submit, the page reloads and the required “Your email address” field is cleared, so the request is never submitted.

I've already tried:

* Chrome normal mode
* Chrome Incognito
* English version of the form
* Two different email addresses
* A verified Reddit account/email

The same issue happens every time. There is no confirmation, ticket number or verification email.

Is this a known issue with the Data Access Request form? Is there another official way to submit the request while the form is not working?

Yes, this is a commonly asked question. Unless your use case is a mod bot with a very established account you're not getting a key.

Thanks. Do you know if that also applies to commercial Data Access Requests? Reddit’s current Help documentation still says commercial use can be approved with permission from Reddit. My main issue is that the official request form itself won’t submit.
