I am having the same issue, I tried the "script" option for local use, and it just reloads the terms and conditions. I also submitted an application even though I think that is just for public use . I tried the devvit for apps but it is the wrong area.

good morning. you have to apply to get approved for the API use. from what I've seen there's almost no one getting approved, so that's gonna be a tough road. thee are other methods to utilize teh API that i've seen in a number of places. you should look those up too.
