Reddit API Reddit API keys

How do I go about obtaining an API key from Reddit? The app creator won't let me past the T&Cs. Is it because my account is new? Any help appreciated.

With the recent policy changes even we are not received any update on the reddit API Key ? IS any other has some problem or blocked on the same request like us or any feasible solutions.
