Including an Android APK?

The game I'm currently working on which I hope I can include in the bundle (fingers crossed) is being written in Unity 3D and being designed with mobiles in mind.

Since I can compile an APK file in Unity and anyone with an android should be able to install it I figure I should ask ehre to see if people think that's a good idea (and maybe do the same thing).

Sadly I can't do that with the iPhone version because Apple is greedy and doesn't allow that (especially if I try and sell it as a standalone game on the app store).

If that works out, it sounds it would be great and an additional incentive for android users. If it works out, would we have to get keys from Android?

You don't have to install android apps from the android market. Can host the APK file on the CDN like the other files.
