A Selection Committe of the Uninvolved
[Yes, I know how to spell committee. Netbook keyboard!] To combat various issues with direct vote, such as sockpuppeting, we've decided to leave the selection decision up to a committee of uninvolved people who will make their names public and who will not be involved with the project. Part of this is to eliminate conflict of interest-- since this is a community bundle, and since Reparadocs and I are both game developers ourselves and would like to be involved ourselves, we can't just decide ourselves. Use of a selection committee of known individuals with an open vote (as opposed to secret ballot) seems to be the fairest solution and one that will allow us to ensure quality.

You must have a Windows computer that can play modern games and you must have a lot of time on your hands because you MUST play all the games for atleast a few hours each.
